Giveaway Official Rules

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Open only to legal business entities operating a community bank, credit union, or similar financial institution within the United States of America.
• Entrants must be representatives of such institutions (e.g. staff, executives).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Stackpole-PPG and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each such person, are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

• To enter, eligible institutions must complete the entry form found at com (or other designated entry page) during the Entry Period.
• Only one (1) entry per institution. Multiple entries from the same institution will be considered void.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

• One (1) winner will receive a single-day Brand Workshop delivered by Stackpole-PPG.
• The workshop will be conducted at a location in the U.S., as arranged between Sponsor and winner.
• Prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, or any expenses incurred by the winner in participating in the workshop.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The drawing will take place within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period.
• The potential winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing.
• If the potential winner does not respond to the notification within 10 calendar days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. TAXES & OTHER COSTS

• Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.
• Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, if required, a W-9 for U.S. tax reporting purposes.

8. PRIVACY

• Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, delivering the prize, and contacting the winner.
• By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Stackpole-PPG, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, or use of the prize.
• Sponsor is not responsible for any failures, delays, or technical issues.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is false, incomplete, late, or violates these Official Rules.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs or corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

11. GOVERNING LAW

• These rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law.
• Void where prohibited by law.

• Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.
